Five beats: notebook, decide, tool gate (allow, block, or ask), work, then handoff. Files, not a chat. This site never calls Jev.
How to use it with other agents
tocket init writes .context/ and AGENTS.md. tocket decide: Jev judges, it does not write. tool_gate is allow, block, or ask. tocket work dry-runs, then --apply writes a receipt. tocket handoff --query "…" --aware writes the filtered handoff. tocket packs load --query "frontend form" writes .context/active/packs.md. This site never calls Jev.
